INVESTMENT
Free initial 15-minute consultation call to discuss goodness of fit
Initial Counseling Intake (80 minutes) $280
Adult/Adolescent/Child Individual counseling (50 minutes) $175
Family counseling (50 minutes) $175
Parent Consultations (50 Minute) $175
Coaching $175 per hour
Trainings $175 per presentation hour plus additional preparation fees negotiated at commission of services
No Insurance Panels
I do not accept insurance. If you choose to submit to insurance for out-of-network benefits, I will provide you the necessary paperwork upon your request but it is your responsibility to confirm your out-of-network coverage and protocols for submitting superbills.
Good Faith Estimate

Medicare Opt-out
Katie has opted out of Medicare and only provides services to Medicare clients under a private agreement. Therefore, Medicare will not be billed for covered therapy services, and clients are fully responsible for the cost of psychotherapy services, and may not submit practitioner’s fees to CMS for reimbursement. Fees for licensed mental health professional services are not subject to Medicare limits, and MediGap will not pay for the services.
COUNSELING SERVICES
Child and Family Therapy (3+):
Using child-centered and directive Play Therapy techniques
Addressing attachment concerns, emotional distress, problematic behavior, emotional meltdowns, relational tension or disconnection, family transitions, trauma processing, depression, interpersonal skills, coping with parental substance abuse, self-esteem, confidence, identity development, and overall emotional wellness with a faith-based lens upon request.
Telehealth available for appropriate clients (usually 12+).

Infant Mental Health Therapy (0-3):
Addressing early childhood needs, medical trauma, attachment dynamics, adoption transitions, separation (medical, military, addiction- rehab, CPS placement), behavior concerns, emotional outbursts, and overall emotional wellness.
Parent Child Relationship Training (CPRT):
Therapeutically guiding parents through an individual 10 week evidence-based parenting curriculum to:
Join your child's world in a way that helps them feel seen, heard, and understood
Reduce or eliminate behavior problems
Enhance the parent-child relationship and marital relationship
Develop responsibility, creativity and self-control in children
Recognize emotional needs to increase the child's self esteem and self-confidence
Increase parents' feelings of warmth for their children
Return control to parents by practicing therapeutic limit setting
Family Enrichment Opportunities:
Clients may be invited to participate in sessions or family engagement time at my ranch when it can facilitate appropriate goals. Interaction options are used to encourage communication, confidence, attuned connection, teamwork, environmental awareness, specific skill-building, frustration tolerance, mastery, and more. There is a full play therapy room on-site that can also be used to enhance or process the experience.
COACHING SERVICES
Individual In-Home Parent Coaching:
Including topics like attachment, sleep issues, potty training, guidance and discipline, routine, organization, nutrition, play, boundaries, emotional responsiveness, etc.
Foster Parent Support Coaching:
Help foster parents with the transition of children in their care and provide support for other challenging issues that can arise.
